It is collected and packaged by hand and is not subjected to any chemical treatments. It contains more magnesium, iodine, potassium, chromium and calcium than normal salt. It also contains less sodium chloride. Available in granules or table salt and packed in 1kg bags. A special hand-made pasta that is flavoured with vegetables.
